Error passing version number to msvc linker

Compilation in 64 Bits

ERROR:
error when linking client

CAUSE:
msvc link support only major and minor version number.
Before VS2012 extra number (like revision number) were stripped. Now the link throw an error with VS2012

50f32e5e1c Outputted time is handled by using the Helpers::outputTime function, this makes changees to the time format easy.
Also made it possible for admins to edit roles directly in the userlist.
